Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensory-friendly tags and labels remain attached and intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
